Shipping

Hi and Welcome to the shipping page.

Getting your order to you correctly and on time is a top priority for us.

Please note all orders before 6.45pm will be dispatched if paid for in full. YES 6.45pm.
The only ones that dont get dispatched are BT postcodes, Scottish highlands etc.
These orders need to be placed before 4.30pm however if you have chosen UPS and paid the extra, it will still be dispatched the same day.
Once again if you have paid for your order before 6.45pm, you order will be sent out!
We ship world-wide as rates can be shown here.
We Secure the parts with high density bubble wrap and other packaging supplies which ensure the parcel being fully protected due to the fragile nature of lcd screens.
Each part packed is also recorded by CCTV.
We also check each lcd one it arrives to our warehouse to ensure QC.

Shipments to Europe are normally delivered next day to 2 days Depending on the European state and shipping method selected, remote areas will obviously take longer. We therefore advise you to select the express method.

All orders made before 6.45PM Monday - Friday will be dispatched same day, most days we ship orders up to 6.45PM but cant guarantee orders after 7PM. if you have an urgent order placed after 6.45PM please get in touch with our team. 

All shipping costs will be calculated for you at checkout - price depends on the method chosen, location, order value and if your order contains and hazadous items (such as batteries)

UK Next Working Day Delivery:

For Next Working Day Delivery we use DHL Parcel, DPD, FedEx (EU) and DX, but on occasion we will use Royal Mail's Special Delivery. Either service is only guaranteed for next working day delivery, meaning that delivery shouldn't be expected on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday.

If you require a guaranteed Saturday service, please ensure this is selected at the checkout 

Change of Shipping Method:

Sometimes, at our discretion, we may upgrade your delivery if we believe it is a more suitable service for you.  

Shipping Orders Containing Batteries:

If your order contains a battery, you will only be presented with the shipping methods that are able to carry batteries.

 

Batteries are classed as Hazardous goods when shipping, due to many postal providers such as Royal Mail not allowing batteries into the postal network - failure to comply with postal restrictions can result in prosecution from the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority). What this means for you.. It simply means that any order containing a battery will have to be sent using an appropriate method; usually an express method. Postage will be calculated at checkout. It also means that we are unable to ship your order on a Saturday as we don't have a collection. If your order contains a battery we can only ship Monday to Friday - Our cut off time for same day dispatch will remain in line with normal orders . We are currently unable to ship any orders containing batteries outside of the EU.

Important Shipping and delivery notes: Upon receiving your parcel:
If however the parcel shows signs of damage or the tape has come off or you can see the parcel has been tampered with; Please carry out these methods:
1. Do not Sign for the parcel just yet
2. Tell the courier driver to hold while you carry procedures out.
3. Take pics of the damage to parcel
4. tell the courier driver to makes notes and to write on his POD, parcel damaged, make sure he shows you this on his screen. tell him to call the office and report this infront of you.
5, if the parcel has been severely damaged, ie a hole in the box etc, then DO NOT ACCEPT THE PARCEL. let the courier write damaged and make them return it. here is a link for you to print out and make the driver sign this.
6.If the parcel has small signs of damage, ie tape has come off, slight torn to the box however not see through then you may check the contents of the parcel with the courier and sign off once satisfied.

please note once you sign for the parcel it is then your responsibility as you have signed its all ok.

Damages: If however a part is damaged somehow during transit, please report this to us 24hrs within the delivery time.
 

Please note we are not responsible for damages you cause whilst fitting a part or accidentally dropping the part or damages whilst handling or storage.
transit damages will generally be obvious and it begins with the package being tampered with, normally a dent on the box etc. if you see a dent on the box. kindly take a picture, then open the box and check the part.
if however unsatisfactory, return the parcel to the courier. do not accept or sign for the parcel unless your completely satisfied.
