UK Delivery Overview
Our UK delivery options are tailored to ensure flexibility and prompt arrival:
DPD Next Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 4:00 PM Monday through Thursday, guaranteeing next working day delivery (excluding remote regions like the Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Isles of Scilly). Orders placed on Fridays before 4:00 PM deliver Monday unless Saturday delivery is selected. Orders after cutoff on Fridays dispatch Monday for Tuesday delivery.
DPD Two-Day Business Service handles orders inclusive of batteries and covers all UK regions without exception. Orders placed by Thursday 4:00 PM dispatch same day; Friday orders dispatch Monday unless Saturday delivery is chosen.
Royal Mail Next Day Delivery services all of the UK with orders placed by 5:30 PM Monday to Thursday dispatched same day for next working day delivery. Friday orders before 5:30 PM dispatch same day for Monday delivery unless the Saturday option is chosen.
International Shipping
We proudly serve customers globally, from the Americas to Australia, and across Europe. FedEx International handles expedited worldwide shipments for orders placed before 5:00 PM Monday to Friday, with orders after this dispatched Monday. UPS International is available for orders before 6:00 PM.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and service selected, typically arriving within 1-2 business days for European countries, with remote locations requiring additional transit time. For speedier arrival, select one of our Express shipping options.
Packaging and Quality Assurance
Every parcel is meticulously packed using high-density bubble wrap and robust packaging materials to protect fragile LCD components during transit. Our warehouse is under constant CCTV surveillance, and each item undergoes a rigorous visual quality control inspection before shipment.
Hazardous Goods and Battery Shipping
Orders containing batteries are classified as hazardous goods and comply with stringent courier regulations. Such shipments are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, via specific express services available at checkout. Due to postal restrictions, battery shipments are not available for destinations outside of the EU. Compliance ensures your safety and legal adherence.
Delivery Inspection Procedure
Upon receipt of your order, we urge you to inspect the package thoroughly before signing. Do not sign immediately; instead, request the courier remain while you check for external damage. Capture clear photographs if damage is observed and have the courier note “Parcel Damaged” on the delivery confirmation. For significant damage such as holes or crushed sections, refuse delivery and request immediate return. Minor external damage should be opened in the courier’s presence, verifying contents’ integrity prior to signing. Once signed, the parcel is considered received in acceptable condition. Report any transit damage within 24 hours.
