The Sony Tablet S is a tablet computer designed by Sony and released on September 16, 2011. The device uses the Android Honeycomb 3.1 operating system. The tablet features a 9.4-inch (240 mm) touchscreen display, a rear-facing 5-megapixel camera, a front-facing 0.3-megapixel camera, a 1 GHz dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor, 1 GB of RAM, and 16 GB or 32 GB of internal storage. The tablet also includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a USB 2.0 port.
